Prices

• One or two nights stay: £25 per person per night based on two people sharing.
• Three or more nights at £22 per person every night based on two people sharing.
• Single occupancy charge applies (£32.50).
• Packed lunches £5 each (by prior arrangement only).
• Babies: Two years old and under: free if you bring your own equipment inc cot.

Terms & Conditions

• 50% deposit please, non-refundable.
• We are a non-smoking establishment.
• Check-in normally between 5pm–7pm. If this does not suit you, please tell us as soon as possible.
• Early Check in is welcome but only possible when we have discussed the matter, this is because we are very busy with horses etc.
• Breakfast is served 8am to 9.30am (earlier by prior arrangement).
• Please check-out by 10.30am.
• Payment by cash or cheque only please. Cheques payable to Lowertown Farm. (We regret that we are unable to accept credit/debit cards except if you book online)
• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement/discussion but they need to be kept in our stable block. Please phone if you would like to bring your dog as it does affect our horse's overnight stabling.
• Horses by arrangement. We recommend that the horse's Tetanus and Flu jabs are up to date and they are fully insured.
• SNOW: We reserve the right to close the B&B during periods of snow.
