We can cater for groups, families, couples or singles but we try to limit ourselves to a maximum of six guests at any time, ensuring that you have an enjoyable, peaceful stay.

A large tea and coffee station on the spacious landing will cater for your needs with a quick-cup providing hot water at the touch of a button.
Now offering free Wi-Fi throughout the farmhouse with a fairly good connection dispite the thick Dartmoor granite walls. .
All guest bedrooms are upstairs and share a large bathroom (bath with shower above) – please bear this in mind. There are a number of steps around the farmhouse due to the house being over 500 years old. Therefore our B&B is unfortunately unsuitable for those who are unable to climb stairs.
As the three guest rooms share a bathroom not only does it save water, but it also means that we can keep a close eye on it – keeping it clean, hygienic and topped up with good quality eco-friendly toiletries, all made in the UK.
A large family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, views to the South, overlooking the farm and the Dart valley. This is the room also suitable for babies as there is plenty of space for your travel cot and baby equipment.
A double room with chunky furniture and views to the South, also overlooking the farm.
Our twin room, which is used for single occupancy. Views are to the East over the rolling hills and horse fields towards Buckland Beacon.
Guest Sitting Room
Enjoy your relaxing evenings reading our local magazines and sociable morning breakfasts in the comfort of our guest sitting room, with its beautiful granite fireplace and log burner which provides heat to the bedrooms above, beautiful oak dining table and comfy sofas.
Browse through the books and Ordnance Survey maps, take them with you during your stay if you wish, just remember to put them back for our next guests. We also have plenty of leaflets about local attractions and events.
We usually offer a full English breakfast between 8am and 9am.
Due to being a working farm, during your stay we may need to alter your breakfast time due to other commitments, ie. calf feeding, farrier & vets visits, livestock markets etc.
We use fresh local produce where possible and our chickens and ducks in the garden will provide your tasty fresh eggs in the morning! Bacon and sausages from our own pigs too!
Don't forget we can also provide you with a packed lunch for only £7.50 each with prior notice (at least two days notice please). We can also cater for your dietary needs too just let us know before arrival.
Children are welcome to feed our free range chickens their daily handful of their favourite treat- mixed corn.
We can also provide a 'farm tour' for our B&B guests too. Meet all the animals and learn about what we do on our Dartmoor Farm!
